City Garden

This is a large development of 14 towers completed in 2 phases. Phase 1 was completed in 1983 and consists of towers 1-6 and phase 2 was completed in 1986 with towers 7-14.They are located between Electric Road and the harbourfront and the development includes the City Garden Hotel. Many of the blocks are arranged around a communal garden and swimming pool. There is also a good gym with full seaviews. Blocks 1-3 have 26 floors with 8 apartments/ floor, each with 208 apartments. Apartment sizes are 792-807 sf saleable. The other blocks are all 27 floors with blocks 4-10 and block 14 having 6 apartments per floor and 162 apartments in total, and block 11 having 4 per floor with 108 apartments, and blocks 12 & 13 having 189 apartments with 7 per floor. The apartment sizes vary from 568-1256 sf saleable.
