Western Garden consists of 2 blocks, Block 1 is called Evergreen Tower and Block 2 is called Ivy Tower. Both were completed in 1982 and both contain 216 apartments over 29 floors, 8 on the regular floors. The apartments in Block 1 vary from 365-512 sf saleable and those in Block 2 vary from 457-632 sf saleable. The external of the development has recently been totally retiled and upgraded. It is located on Second Street close to Centre Street Market and a 2 minute walk to Sai Ying Pun MTR station.
