Completed in 2010 by The Hong Kong Land Co., Serenade consists of 2 highrise residential blocks. Each block is 44 storeys and there is a total of 270 units many of which have wonderful views of Victoria Harbour while other apts have views over the hills towards Jardine's Lookout. The apt sizes vary from 788 - 1171 sf saleable area which are simplexes and 1941 - 1967 sf which are duplexes in block.   

There are also some special units of 2748 sf & 2765 sf saleable areas with terraces and rooftops.
