2 highrise blocks built in 1989 that dominate the skyline to the East of Victoria Park. They are directly above Tin Hau MTR with easy access to the city. Block 1 is 40 residential storeys with 8 apartments on each regular floor and special duplex units at the top. It has 313 apartments. Block 2 is 30 residential storeys with 6 apartments per floor, a total of 179 units. Overall there are 492 apartments with the regular apartments ranging from 910-1128 sf saleable and the duplexes are upto 2463 sf saleable. The high towers have either expansive harbour views or open green city views to the South. Many have been upgraded and they offer good value for the space and location.
